The use of composite materials in the manufacturing and aeronautical, land and naval transport sectors is growing.

EMC2 and BCI launched the 2nd Composites Meeting convention in september 2009 to bring together users and suppliers of composite materials worldwide in one location. The two-day convention drew 300 participants. The next convention will take place in september 2011 in Nantes.
